Dec 24, 2015- Bindu Pariyar has won a $7.25million (approx Rs770 million) judgement against her ex-husband, who posted her 'porn videos' and sexual photographs in the internet.
Bindu Pariyar, 27, has dozens of Facebook pages and thousands of web pages of her in pornographic poses, in scanty clothing and even having sex with men.
Pariyar claimed that her former husband Tom Randell Sewell began posting the 'revenge porn' after they got divorced in 2012.
Pariyar says that she had gone to the United States to support her economically unstable family. After marrying Sewell, 58, Pariyar claimed that he confiscated her passport and used various manipulation tactics, including drugging her, to get her to pose for sexualized photos, and have sex with other men for money.
After their separation in 2012, Sewell started harassing her by creating fake pages with her name and posting sexual photographs in the internet.
Last year, Pariyar had filed a lawsuit against her ex demanding that all pornographic images be taken down and asking for financial damages.
Meanwhile, her former husband Sewell says that she used him for US citizenship.
